There is no problem as soon as we don't have to set startpos by ourselves. Unless admin dissapear again you can use Ðel.

If you want to make sure everyone downloads the cars and tracks before the event you can disable track and car uploading in Main Menu->Tracks/Cars. Not sure if you want to do that but it could be a good idea for cars at least. And you should probably notify everyone that they'll have to download them before joining.
